These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jetk7 ("jetk7", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at jetk7.net and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through the platform.

jetk7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. The English version of these Terms is the definitive, authoritative version. Any translation provided is for informational purposes only and does not form part of the legal agreement between you and jetk7.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jetk7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jetk7.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

To use jetk7's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity).
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jetk7 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of jetk7 or any of its game providers.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. jetk7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence ("Know Your Customer" or KYC verification) to confirm the accuracy of the information you provide at any time, including at the point of registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time deemed necessary by jetk7's compliance team.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one jetk7 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jetk7 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may forfeit balances in accordance with its anti-fraud policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jetk7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jetk7 support at [email protected] immediately.

KYC Verification: jetk7 may request the following documents at any stage to verify your identity and payment methods:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by jetk7 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the account.

Deposits: jetk7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies including USDT and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit cap, although jetk7 reserves the right to impose limits based on account verification status and risk assessment.

All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to processing times of up to one business day depending on the issuing institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation on the relevant blockchain network.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your jetk7 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. jetk7 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for a prior deposit without additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing timeframes:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC): Processed within 24 hours after network confirmation.

All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing will begin. jetk7 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified via the registered email address if additional checks are required.

Returned Deposits: jetk7 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player. Deposits sent to an incorrect bKash or Nagad number provided by the player cannot be recovered by jetk7 and are the sole responsibility of the player.

Inactive Account Fees: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months is considered dormant. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

jetk7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are governed by these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the standard registration process and, where required, KYC verification. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jetk7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time.

Wagering Requirements: The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳30,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: 100% contribution (unless otherwise stated).
• Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution.
• Table Games and Video Poker: 10% contribution.
• Sports Betting: contribution percentage stated in individual promotion terms.
• Crash Games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the player's account, unless a different expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus balance and any winnings derived from unexpired wagering will be removed from the account.

Bonus Abuse: jetk7 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, and collusion between accounts. jetk7 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, winnings derived from a bonus are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 10x the original bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.

As a registered player on jetk7, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. By maintaining an active account, you represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human means.
• Using software designed to gain an unfair advantage, including card-counting software, betting predictors, or exploit tools.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

jetk7 employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all account activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Following investigation, jetk7 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to your winnings in your country of residence. jetk7 does not withhold, report, or remit taxes on behalf of players. It is your responsibility to comply with all tax obligations relevant to your jurisdiction.

All content available on jetk7.net, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, audio content, video content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of jetk7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jetk7.net without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any jetk7 content or software.
• Use the jetk7 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the jetk7 website on any other platform or domain.

Game content accessible through jetk7 — including titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. jetk7 holds licensing agreements with these providers and presents their content to players under the terms of those agreements. Players have no right, title, or interest in any game content beyond the right to play under these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of jetk7's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Upon receiving a closure request, jetk7 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the account within five business days. Bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will have their accounts closed immediately. Involuntary Suspension: jetk7 may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of a technical error.
• Failure to provide KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulator request, or law enforcement direction.

During a suspension, access to the account, games, deposits, and withdrawals will be restricted. jetk7 will notify you of the suspension via your registered email address and will advise of the steps required to resolve the matter where applicable.

Permanent Closure: Following investigation of a suspended account, jetk7 may permanently close the account if a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or serious terms violations, jetk7 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In all other cases, verified real-money balances (net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetk7, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform.
• Technical failures, server outages, software errors, or internet connectivity issues that affect gameplay or transaction processing.

jetk7 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Where jetk7 is found liable in any circumstance, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, in which case such exclusions will apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jetk7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
